While the manual can be examined on your computer screen, we strongly encourage you to print it on paper and skim it before beginning development work.
The manual included here was released on April 20, 1995 as part of our on-line distribution kit version 1.0. If you are reading this at a date significantly later than April 1995, you should contact us to request the most recent version of the software and printed documentation, which we'll gladly send you free of charge.
